What if I want to repay the loan early?

If the borrower intends to repay the lender early then there may be an early repayment charge imposed, linked to interest rate movements from the loan market. This would be paid as a lump sum to the lender but would ultimately prove costly.

It may be better to continue repaying the loan as agreed with the lender.
